Our service brings you the unique experience of having our Personal Chef, Carlos Rocha from AL.FAMA Restaurant, preparing and serving menus created with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Whether it is for an intimate dinner, a special celebration, all meals during your stay or simply for a different kind of experience, we offer set menus as well as the possibility of creating a fully personalised menu, tailored to your taste and the occasion.

The service includes:

• Shopping for all the ingredients, with a special focus on local products.

• Preparation of the dishes by our Personal Chef, Carlos Rocha.

• Personal Host service, with a dedicated host assisting with table service, wines and explanations in both Portuguese and English.

• Use of our own tableware and kitchen equipment.

• Cleaning after the service.

Drinks and wines are not included in the menu. However, if you wish, we can help with wine pairing through our Wine Suggestions.

We design specific menus for different occasions and can provide alternatives that take into account any allergies or intolerances.
