The secret extra in all your dishes! This traditional olive oil from Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo, Tavira, is made exclusively from olives, using mechanical processes only. This olive oil is part of the AGROTUR project, which aims to support producers in parts of the Algarve with lower population densities.
CASTRO MARIM SALT
A product with a unique flavour and an extraordinary backstory! This sea salt is harvested by hand from the traditional Castro Marim salt marshes. An unrefined, unwashed cooking salt, it is not chemically processed in any way and does not contain additives. Rich in mineral salts, it also contains marine trace elements. Presenting with a naturally pure white colour, the salt dissolves easily and leaves behind minimal residue.
