My Choice is aware that this crisis will have a very real and lasting effect on the needs of its guests, and that this crisis has brought with it an opportunity for change, time to look inwards and improve our internal organisation and the way we provide our services. We also believe that by investing in My Choice, we are investing in company growth, which will propel us forwards when this fog starts to lift.

We want to let you know what’s driving our change.

We renewed our brand image to reflect My Choice’s positioning in the Local Tourism Accommodation market. And it wasn’t by chance that we chose the colour blue. This solid colour conveys confidence, innovation and solidity, whilst still maintaining our connection to the sea and blue skies so often linked to the Algarve.

We are renovating our offices and reception areas, where we welcome partners, customers and guests. In doing so, we’re aiming to make our physical spaces more practical and comfortable for both our employees and clients. We want you to feel at home when you visit us, which is the idea behind the décor in each My Choice location.

We’re investing in implementing new tools and innovative management models that will allow us to provide a quicker, more effective response to our guests’ needs. We are also investing in creating new roles within our team, such as product and customer managers, including IT and revenue managers. These new positions will grant us not only more, and more dedicated, control of each area, ensuring a sharper focus on results, but will also allow us to monitor each client more closely, focusing on each one’s objectives and unique characteristics.

Our motivated, dedicated team has embraced this entire transformation process with contagious enthusiasm. All our procedures and processes are being analysed and reworked with the help of professional consultants experienced in managing local accommodation properties. We strive to provide impeccable customer service and contribute to an unforgettable experience in any My Choice accommodation.
